Hawaii Time Share We have owned a one week per year deeded condo at The Cliffs at Princeville on Kauai’s north shore for 15 years. We have used it every year and have really enjoyed it. As we are getting older, we have reluctantly decided to sell it. The Cliffs at Princeville lies within the Princeville Resort on over twenty acres of lush tropical land. This dream of a resort overlooks the Pacific Ocean from atop a high bluff, ensuring dramatic views property-wide. There's no shortage of amenities to be found at The Cliff either; enjoy a tennis court, a pickle ball court, half-court basketball court, two shuffleboard courts, a children's playground, a swimming pool, hot tub spa for adults and a putting green This deeded week condo has two large bedrooms (one with a king bed and ensuite bath, the other a spacious loft with two queen beds), a large living/dining area, a very well equipped kitchen and a full guest bathroom. One lanai overlooks the Pacific Ocean and another has a garden view. In-room amenities include color televisions, guest sofa bed, a washer and dryer. The resort also provides beach towels and beach chairs at each condo. There are many nearby facilities including golf, beaches, restaurants, wildlife viewing, hiking, horseback riding, surfing and the village of Hanalei Bay. Parking is at the back of the condo. It is a truly “green” resort with roof top solar panels, a very active recycling program and managed grounds. We have always enjoyed The Cliffs in February every year and feel it is great value for money. Booking is possible throughout the “Pikake” season (early January to mid April) and can be done up to one year in advance. Annual maintenance fee is US$1,740.70 (about US$250 per night which is much less than half the commercial price for two-bedroom condos in Kauai). We are asking US$2,500 and open to reasonable offers.
